Support Services for GoldMine CRM
Good GoldMine Support is critical to the success of your GoldMine system. Let us help you get the most from your GoldMine investment.
GoldMine Software Support Contract
Our annual GoldMine Technical Support Contract is the primary way in which we can help your GoldMine installation. The Telephone Help Line Service is available 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, UK time. Support is also available via Email!.
All requests for GoldMine support are logged in our GoldMine help desk system. Reports can be shared with you on the history of support calls logged with us over a range of dates, who logged the calls, why the calls occurred etc.
A maximum response time to recorded queries is 2 working hours. If there is no immediate solution, the problem will be progressed through to Ivanti, the software authors and, if possible, an interim solution will be provided.
An unlimited number of Telephone Support calls can be made by users of this service if a current support agreement is in place. The telephone number for our helpdesk is a 'normal' number and not a premium rate number like '09...' or '087...'.
Please note that this GoldMine Support Service is not intended to be a 'training service' over the phone, and that you should consider GoldMine Training to help you get the most out of GoldMine.
Remote support is also available as an option. We can view and control your PC and applications, diagnose problems, transfer files and install patches or updates.
On site GoldMine technical help is also available if necessary, but chargeable at a reduced rate because you have a GoldMine Support Contract with us. Rates available on request.
Make a note of the GoldMine error message before calling support. Check if the error is happening with other Users in your company. Check to see if you can replicate the error. You might also want to try and do a search of GoldMine Help from the Help menu.
GoldMine Report Writing
We offer a Report writing service to design reports for you either using the internal GoldMine Report Generator or using Crystal Reports. The updates to these reports can be included in your annual GoldMine Software Support Contract.
GoldMine Imports/Exports
Do you have a database/s that you need importing into GoldMine? Maybe you have data in a number of Excel spreadsheets? We can carry out the full transfer of data for you, plus we offer a data cleansing service to de-dupe the data before you start using it! Or maybe you need to get data out of GoldMine for some purpose? Just call us for a quote.
GoldMine Integration with other Applications (GoldMine API)
We offer an 'integration service' to create links or integration with your existing application, if you want to share information between GoldMine and other systems. You may want to link GoldMine with an accounting system like Sage for example. Or have sales information transferred from your order processing system.
GoldMine Automated Processes
We can create GoldMine Automated Processes for you (Automated Processes allow you to set up a series of predefined actions to be performed on any group of contacts in the database, automating routine tasks) including the LOOKUP.INI etc... to automate your GoldMine system to track processes, procedures and increase productivity.
GoldMine Upgrades
We can help with the installation of any GoldMine Upgrades you might want to do. To have access to Upgrades, you must have a GoldMine Maintenance Contract. This is an annual contract you have through us and allows you or us to get the latest versions of GoldMine.

In GoldMine as a Master user in the dashboard area select import and point to your saved file. Remember it is always wise to create a GoldMine backup first!
