Constant Contact Integration with GoldMine CRM

GoldMine Premium Edition, version 2013 and above, includes an integration with Constant Contact.



What does this integration do?

GoldMine Premium Edition Users will use GoldMine to perform the following:

• Sort and filter their database of prospects and customers to create a mailing list.
• Access their Constant Contact account to create the email content, upload the list, and launch a campaign using the Constant Contact website.
• Download campaign results to GoldMine using the new Constant Contact tab

• The contact will have a completed activity in the GoldMine History tab that includes a link to the content that was sent.
• The interface will update individual contact info with codes for sent, opened, bounce-back, and opt out.

Do I need a new ConstantContact account?

Users can access their existing accounts from the imbedded log-in screen or request a trial and an account if new.

 

Is there a charge?

The integration is free to anyone who purchases GoldMine Premium Edition or who is current on maintenance.

 

What versions of GoldMine will include it?

The interface is in GoldMine Premium Edition 2013.1 and above. Clients running any other version will need to upgrade to Premium Edition either via paid maintenance or a paid upgrade.


Are there any aspects that are unique?

• When GoldMine downloads campaign data, it can update records even for campaigns run before the customer first used the interface.
• GoldMine will retain campaign and contact details even after it has expired on Constant Contact
