Workbooks Admin Support Service
The Wizard Systems Admin Support Service is ideal for answering ongoing questions you may have with your use of Workbooks like, "How do I do this in Workbooks...?" or "What's the best way of doing that in Workbooks...?"
This service also includes PRIORITY and unlimited telephone support from the Wizard Systems Helpdesk (though support is also available through e-mail), regular communiques from Wizard Systems (e.g. Hints and Tips), and a 10% discount on any booking for Training Courses at the Wizard Systems Training Centre.
This service includes 12 Admin/Training Credits, where a Credit is approx 15 minutes duration. These Credits provide the flexibility to call upon the skills and expertise of the Wizard Systems Support team when required for assistance on...

2. Adding Custom Fields
3. Writing Reports & Dashboards
4. Updating/Amending Templates
5. Ad Hoc online Training (not meant as a replacement for formal training) and explanation on implementing a certain process in Workbooks

The number of credits required to complete each task will vary depending on the complexity and detailed requirements of that specific issue, and each customer will be quoted on their individual requirements. The delivery of online assistance may need to be scheduled for a future date/time depending on the requirement.
Any credits purchased expire after a period of 12 months. Credits are supplied on a rolling contractual basis. After 12 credits have been used, 12 more will be allocated and invoiced. 28 days notice can be given at any time to cancel and a credit will be issued on a pro-rata basis at 1 credit per month.
