Implementation & Consultancy
Wizard's services help customers get measurable business results from our solutions. By helping you realise capabilities and add value to your business, the Wizard Systems consulting approach is designed to help you improve your business agility:
- It's collaborative, with a strong emphasis on knowledge transfer from our consultants to your people on the front line
- We provide a single point of contact and responsibility for all issues relating to your implementation
- Most of all, our industry and technology consultants have 'been there' - so you get the benefit of our experience as well as our knowledge of Wizard's business tools
Pre-Sales Consultancy
From the first point of contact, we will normally visit your office for the purpose of trying to understand your requirements and exploring potential solutions with you. When appropriate, we’ll also provide a full demonstration of the proposed solution to you and your colleagues and then provide a comprehensive and complete quotation covering everything that you need. If you're pressed for time or if distance doesn't allow us to visit you, we can also provide presentations over the Web.
