wMobile for GoldMine

wMobile delivers powerful real time access to GoldMine on your Smartphone, iPhone or Blackberry.  It's 3 products in one - Access GoldMine from your phone, a browser access to GoldMine and an email integration feature means that whatever email system you use, we can ensure all emails are captured into the History tab in GoldMine!  What's more, you can access pretty much all the key features of GoldMine on your device.  There's nothing to install and there's no data on your phone.        

​Phone and Email integration

​wMobile interacts with your device allowing you to quickly phone and email contacts using the capabilities of the device. Users have full access to one or more email accounts and are able to manually or automatically link emails to contact records interaction history.

wMobile provides a full web based email center for both the phone and desktop user interfaces.

wMobile delivers an automatic email archiving service that allows your users to use any email client including their phones native client.  Any email matching GoldMine contact email addesses will be automatically filed into contact history.

​Sales Forecast and Opportunity Management

​wMobile allows you to easily review, update and add sales forecasts or opportunities for any contact and for any time period.

​wMobile offers a variety of filtering mechanisms to make it easy to select opportunities of certain types closing in certain periods.

Google Integration

wMobile Desktop delivers a built in Google tab with Google integration for quick and easy research related to the currently viewed contact record. User options can be configured to determine which contact fields to search on for targeting your Google results. The Google tab can also provide map or satellite images and directions from your office

Linked Document Access

​wMobile provides easy access to any document linked to the GoldMine CRM contact record.  These could be quotes or important files relating to your customer.  When you want to see a document, wMobile downloads to your device.

Activity Management & Calendars

wMobile allows you to quickly review, update, add and complete activities with immediate update of your GoldMine database.

Activities appear in both list and calendar format. You can edit, reschedule, complete and review activities quickly from the list.

Dashboards & Reporting

Dashboards are available in both Phone and Desktop versions, displaying information on Pending and History activities. Key metrics such as calls, meetings, and sales completed and emails processed are viewable for individuals and teams based on security rights.
In the Desktop version, drill-down capability gives users a method to bring up lists of past due activities, today’s scheduled appointments, this month’s forecasted sales, closed sales for the month, new contacts, etc. Activities can be edited, completed, or deleted (depending on user permissions) from the resulting list. 
wMobile supports access to Crystal Reports on the phone and desktop web client.

Easy setup

wMobile automatically inherits configuration from your GoldMine CRM system.
Administrators have a central application to manage users, record access, wMobile system and user settings, email settings, notification settings, document access, and logs. A designer application is included to allow additional changes to the wMobile Phone home menu interface.


Systems Requirements

Windows Server
  • Intel Pentium processor or equivalent
  • Windows Windows 2008 Server or above
  • Microsoft Internet Information Services version 5, 6 or 7 (included with Windows Server)
  • ASP.NET 1.1
  • 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended)
  • 200 MB available disk space
  • GoldMine Corporate Edition or GoldMine Premium Edition
  • 64 bit compliant and supports .NET 3.5 framework

Network Security Configuration

wMobile may require firewall configuration, VPN configuration or other methods to provide access from remote devices.  wMobile will by default work over HTTP port 80 as a standard web application.  wMobile supports DMZ configuration,  HTTPS / SSL Encrypted connections, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and similar security tools.

Mobile Device Support

wMobile supports all devices that include an internet browser.  Popular supported devices include all telephone operating systems by BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Palm, iPhone and  Symbian. 

PC Browser support

wMobile supports all PC internet browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera for mobile accessing from a full PC rather than a mobile phone.
